1. General

Moin Hamburg Tours offers walking tours and private guiding services in Hamburg, Germany. These services are available to individuals and groups subject to availability and these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All tours must be booked in advance through our website or authorized partners.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Private tours start at €200. Gift cards are available starting from €25.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Standard tours: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Private tours: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • No refunds are provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel tours with a full refund offered.

4. Tour Participation

  • Participants must arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk.

5. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • They may be used toward any public or private tour subject to availability.

6. Liability

  • While we prioritize your safety, participation in our tours is at your own risk.

  • Moin Hamburg Tours is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

7. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal data provided to us will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy link].

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
